At Clearly Gifted, each box is curated with patience and love. Because our collections feature personal care items and custom-selected treasures, all sales are final.

Our Policy Specifics

  • Hygiene & Safety: To ensure the highest quality for every customer, we cannot accept returns on skincare, apothecary, or beauty items once they have left our care.

  • Custom Curation: Many of our boxes are built to celebrate individualism, making them unique creations that cannot be restocked or resold.

Damages & Issues

While we do not offer traditional returns, your experience is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

To start a claim:

  1. Email Angela@clearlygifted.com with your order number.

  2. Include a clear photo of the damaged item and the original packaging.

  3. We will evaluate the issue and assist you with a replacement or shop credit.

Cancellations

Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled or modified. We appreciate your understanding as we work to support our independent small business partners!
